Maria born and raised in Argentina, comes from an italian family who taught her the importance of the moments shared on the table with family, friends and a good meal, she learned how through food and attention we can say to people we love: “you’re welcome” and “I care about you”. Since then, she’s been in charge of leading the server’s team to make you feel like home.
ASSIA DAHROUCH
EXECUTIVE CHEF (CO-FOUNDER)
Assia, born and raised in the south west region of France, comes from a Moroccan family, therefore, her french-moroccan background is the starting point to taste and create. The beginning of her kitchen experience started with her grandmother, the woman who taught her most of everything she knows today about cooking with exotic flavors that have defined her style, now she only has one goal: serving the highlights of the mediterranean cuisine on your plate.
